By accessing and using RevivePDF ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

RevivePDF provides an online tool that allows users to upload PDF documents, automatically detect form fields using computer vision technology, fill in those fields, and export completed PDF documents.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in phishing
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RevivePDF and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the documents you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Service Limitations

Free accounts are subject to usage limits as displayed in the application. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Premium features may be offered through paid subscriptions.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

RevivePDF offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following terms:

Subscription Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Payment processing is handled securely through our third-party payment processor, Paddle
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or pricing page
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • After cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan
  • No cancellation fees are charged

Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an active subscription. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Our AI-powered field detection is provided as an assistive tool. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of detected fields and filled content before submitting any documents.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevivePDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
