At RevivePDF, operated by LoopBreak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions.
If you are not satisfied with RevivePDF within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- Refunds are only available for first-time subscribers on their initial billing cycle
- Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds, as you may cancel before renewal to avoid charges
- We may request feedback to help improve our service, but this is not required for a refund
After the 14-Day Period
After the 14-day guarantee period, we do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Partial months of service
- Upgrade or downgrade refunds
- Months unused with an active subscription
However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
