About RevivePDF
RevivePDF is an online PDF form filler built for documents that are difficult to complete digitally. It helps people type on scanned, locked, image-based, and non-fillable PDFs without installing Adobe Acrobat or recreating the document from scratch.
Why we built it
Important forms still arrive as scans or flat PDF pages with no usable input fields. The usual workaround is to print the file, write on it, scan it again, and hope the result remains readable. RevivePDF replaces that loop with a browser workflow: upload the document, review the detected fields, enter the required details, add signatures where appropriate, and export a completed PDF.
How the product works
RevivePDF uses computer-vision technology to identify likely text fields, checkboxes, and signature areas. Detection is assistive, so users remain in control: fields can be reviewed and corrected before anything is exported. The editor supports multi-page files and multilingual text, including right-to-left scripts and fonts embedded into the finished document.
A completed PDF should always be checked before it is signed, shared, or submitted. RevivePDF helps with document preparation; it does not verify the legal or factual accuracy of information a user enters and does not submit forms to third parties.
